NTU-UNAIR Language Immersion Program

Reconceiving a thrilling collaboration, Universitas Airlangga collaborates with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore to conduct the English Language Summer Camp after 3 (three) years of vacuum. Tahir Foundation becomes one of the main initiators to bring back this joint program by giving adequate support. This program allows 15 – 20 Universitas Airlangga students to learn the English language and other related fields of interest at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2023 directly. Meanwhile, 15 – 20 Nanyang Technological University, Singapore students will visit Universitas Airlangga to learn Bahasa Indonesia and the richness of cultural aspects of Indonesia in the following year.

Description

Learning English is beneficial because it could open many more future opportunities. Since English is one of the main languages in Singapore, thus citizens are capable of using English properly. This means Singapore could be the apt country to learn the English language profoundly. This case precipitates Universitas Airlangga to collaborate with Nanyang Technological University to conduct an English Language Summer Camp 2023. This program allows the students from Universitas Airlangga to learn more about the English language in Singapore. Therefore, Universitas Airlangga students can perceive interactive and engaged learning processes and directly experience cultural exposure during the program at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
